Dim sum

Yesterday we ate dim sum at last, something that Henrik wanted us to do already when we came here. But in Yunnan they don`t eat dim sum, it is a cantonese dish very usual in Hong Kong. Well it was delicious. Dorothy and her husband Richard took us to a cantonese restaurant, with Richard`s brother and his girlfriend. In the restaurant Ilma just ate the round, white steamed breads with meat or something sweet inside. But today when we ate the rests at home she liked everything!

The food here is normally good even though it`s spicy for me. But in restaurants it is often very oily, at home people use more cooking and less oil when they frie. In this cantonese restaurant, though, I don`t think the food was as oily as usually.

I was also happy that it was so easy for Ilma to play with Dorothy. It wasn`t very long time we spent there but Ilma and Dorothy seemed to become good friends. After the dinner Ilma invited us to their home, she would have wanted to go straight there, but it was late so we were invited to come during next weekend.

Dorothy and Richard will move to Hangzhou, near Shanghai, in April, to do some business there.
